Run the file
Open BridgedUp-Support from your Downloads folder. There is nothing to install — it runs directly.
Allow it to start
Windows may ask if you’re sure: choose "More info", then "Run anyway", and answer Yes to the permission prompt. On Mac, open the downloaded file and follow the prompt.
Read us the code
The window shows a 9-digit session code. Read it to your Bridged Up technician and we take it from there.
A note from our security team: only download and run this tool while you're on the phone with a Bridged Up technician. We will never contact you out of the blue and ask you to install it.
